A need for a simpler EHR

Tim Dunne, CEO of Claiborne Senior Living had a problem: His communities were struggling with their existing EHR system. Staff found the software too complex, as basic tasks were not intuitive and documenting care was challenging. As a result, it was difficult to get staff to consistently use the EHR.
