As Medical Director of Landmark Health, Justin witnessed how mediocre, antiquated technology systems made it difficult to provide quality care at senior living communities and led to burnout among care staff.

As an Apple engineering leader, Erez knew the value of designing easy-to-use software and operationalizing data for everyday decision-making.
