About the survey

The State of Senior Living: Clinical Leadership Survey is a new initiative launched as a partnership between August Health and ASHA to elevate the voice of clinical leadership across the senior living industry.

The anonymous survey focused on how clinical executives are addressing common challenges and priorities — covering topics such as acuity tracking, staffing, and care analytics.

Survey methodology

Clinical leaders from senior living operators across the United States were invited to participate in this survey via listserv, email outreach, and LinkedIn message.

68 clinical leaders elected to complete the survey. Data was captured via an anonymized online survey between July 15, 2024 and August 14, 2024.

The survey was designed with a task force of clinical experts from leading senior living operators.
